OUR FACTORY

Non woven fabric is made by bonding together fibers using heat, pressure, and sometimes chemicals. The process typically involves three main steps: web formation, web bonding, and finishing. During web formation, various fibers such as polyester, polypropylene, or rayon are used to create a web of fibers. The web is then bonded together using heat and pressure, which can be done through methods such as needle punching, thermal bonding, or chemical bonding.

The bonding process gives the non woven fabric its durability and strength. After bonding, the fabric is finished through various treatments such as sizing, dyeing, or coating to give it specific properties such as water resistance or flame retardancy.

Non woven fabric is widely used in various industries such as healthcare, filtration, and agriculture due to its versatility, strength, and cost effectiveness. The manufacture of non woven fabric requires specialized machinery and skilled technicians to ensure high quality and consistency in the final product.

Our Machine

A textile or weaving machine is used to make fabric from yarn or thread using various patterns. There are different types of machines available, such as shuttle, air jet, and projectile looms. Textile machines can be categorized as knit or woven machines. Knit machines interlock loops of yarn, while weaving machines interlace two sets of perpendicular yarns. These machines have made fabric production affordable for everyone, increasing production speed, efficiency, and reliability in the industry.
